"Assist an alchemist? Hmm, what does that mean really? I am not a magic scientist or good with brewing things, hehe. I doubt Im a good help in such a case."

[Nighty]

"We can always see, not said we need degree in alchemy" he chuckle and look more but there is nothing about it that specify what kind of job it will be. But this is better then any other as he went to the maiden and point on the mission as she nods and go for it

"Hehe I hope that the case." I giggle and let the maiden do her job assigning the quest to us. Now we are ready to go. "So where are we heading?"

[Nighty]

he nods and smiles when take the note and look it up "We need go to the north, house on the edge of the village" Nighty look at her before winks and head out once again into the rainy day, following the road to the north with his hands in the pockets.

"Ah okay, so its not that far away, no need to fly this time." I say and follow Nighty outside. Its still raining which is a little annoying, next time I should get a jacket aswell. Not like the water bothers me, I like rain. But it is still unusual to walk in the rain with such an outfit. And my clothes get wet too, dont know if it ruins them or so. Since the village is small and you can walk from one end to the other in no time we should get there quickly.

[Nighty]

Nighty look over the Brunhilde and shake his head with smile before take off his jacket and just offer her without saying much, simple gesture of kidness as he continue the walk through rain with her. Soon they reach the north edge of the village without problems, not many houses in here which make it easier as he just decide to look around for second to figure out which one it is

I giggle but refuse to take the jacket. "Thank you, its fine, its fine, no worries." I say and we continue the walk until we reach the location of our destination. I look around aswell but I dont know what we are looking for so I let Nighty decide.

[Nighty]

"Nighty walk around few houses before stops and nods to himself, looking over Brunhilde "This is the one" He then wait for her to come closer before he knock at the door, waiting for alchemist to open it

And after whole minute of waiting the person in question appear but well, not what typical alchemist... Ok beak mask with leather clothes not really scream alchemist but he surely look as one, having vials with strange liquid over his belt and whole set up of mortars, vials, burners and all in the back as we can see.

"Here? Hmm, dont know what I expected. I expected a big building or a tower I guess since its an alchemist. With dark clouds and lightnings striking into this area, hehe." Hehe I giggle and wait for the person to open the door once Nighty knocks at it.

Once the door opens after a while I look at the person not disappointed. "Aha, there we go. That looks more like it." I giggle.

[Nighty]

"Who are you? What you looking for?" He ask in muffle, soft voice as the mask lower it when Nighty just show him the guild note. He look at it for few seoconds before relax and sigh in relief "Finally.... You know how long I was waiting? Come, come" Without asking he grab our hands and pull us inside before close the door. The smell inside his house was mix of some herbs and vanilla? with some musky stench of fat and few other animals part. Books over the shelfs with jar full of animals part like eyes, liver... Some dead rat. You know... stuff

"Oh." I say suprised as the person pulls us in. I wonder what kind of help he needs. But that rooms surely look how I imagined it. Hopefully we dont need to try any potions. Would be difficult anyways since we have no human body.

[Nighty]

The man walk around as he pick up few stuff from the shells before nods and look over them, lightly rubbing his chin with soft humming sound "I hope you can handle yourself, because it will be not really good if you just fail"

Nighty shrugs and look over the man before nods "No worries, so far we made it" He rest his back over the wall and cross his arms when wait for him to explain on the job, signaling he is ready

"Well here it is then. I made new kind of potion that can regrow crop. Could be useful to help in you know, bad years of grow or dry dies." He nods and sigh as he look at the side, rubbing his neck softly before shake it "But my last try end up... Poorly..."

I stand in the room and sustain my hands on my hip while looking wondering at the alchemist. "Oh? That sounds like a wonderfull plan. Very honorably. How can we help?"

[Nighty]

"Well you gonna make sure that this time if this not work, you gonna remove whatever come out... Last time half of the field was burn to the ground" He mumble last part as he turn around and collect some stuff like notes and vials, giving them short time just to think and prepare. Nighty look over the Brunhilde and roll his eyes with smile, another one of this kind of job

"Whatever comes out? Did the crops turn to big and dangerous plants?" I look at Nighty and giggle.

[Nighty]

"Kinda..... Alot of limbs bite off" He answer without being concern about that plants just mutate and probably ate some people as he collect few more things "But I hope this time it will work.... If not.... Well Let's see if you can deal with problem" He turn around at look at us before nods "Let's go"

Nighty shrugs and look over Brunhilde as he let her go first with soft smirk "Ladies first"

"Well, thats horrible, hopefully the stuff works at some point so the people didnt get hurt for nothing." I turn and leave the house infront of Nighty.

[Nighty]

Alchemist was walking down behind his house as it can be seen there the small feed full of rather withered crops, guess he keep it like this for his little experiment. He was not paying much attention to them as he focus on the work, pulling out his vials and preparing for the test

Nighty stops behind him and cross his arms as he look over his work lightly before whisper to Brunhilde "You think it will work this time? Or we have tentacle monster made of plant to beat it?"

I stand behind the house and sustain my hands on my hip. While I look around I ask: "I hope we dont. But isnt it a better idea to do the test far away from the village instead of doing it behind the house? But Im not the expert here."

[Nighty]

"Maybe nobody want to borrow field after the last time?" Nighty mumble as he shake his head, chuckling gently as he think why they would not want to help him hmm? But beside that he stand there and watch what will happen

On the same time Alchemist just finish mixing last ingredients and pour all in the bulb shape bottle, mixture inside of it glow in the dark with kinda sludgy color, looking more like goo that you can find in sewers then potion. But as long as it work it can look like water, they need wait and see.
