"Not really, never seem reason to have one. Why?" He ask and look over her before chuckle, his hands land over his knees when he sit down and just watch

"Just curious. Many people work hard to be able to one day sit one a throne but many people dont achieve that. I was never interessted in a throne, yet aside from all the people wanting one it has to be me who got one. And now that I have a throne I must defend it from all the people wanting it. Funny, right? Life is surely weird. At least you dont seem to mind such things, thats nice. A throne loads so much weight onto the person sitting on it." I say lost in thoughts while sitting on the throne in a cool way.

"Hmmm it can... It also can corrupt the people with power they gain. So I rather have my cozy place where I can just relax and not worry about stuff" He answer when look over her softly, smiling gently. he probably say something more but soon they can hear the voice as they coming from the corridor they came... I guess pirates are back.

"Thats for sure, people are turning crazy from such things like a throne or a crown. Its a burden so I can only dream of such a life, not worrying about such things and enjoying life. I had that in the past before I became queen... Huh." I stop talking after Nighty mentioned voices. I listen if I can hear anything and wonder if I should hide or stay seated here. If Nighty doesnt say otherwise I just keep on sitting here, occupying this throne. I retracted my wings before so I look like an ordinary human, especially since I supress my demonic energy. A magician is not able to see my magical strength that way.

Well pirates they come in are not biggest or smartest bunch as they walk rather confident but loaded like mules. Probably another haul from the last raid as they throw the chest and boxes over the place. One, looking like the vermin thanks to his size probably and nervous look ask his comrade "How long we need to wait for Captain? Always same story, we wait and wait" And with that he got slap on back of his head, letting out really good rat noise. The shoot came from rather chubby looking fella but something seem odd, he move with too much grace "Don't question him, you know that ship need to be hide well in the sea"

They didn't notice Brunhilde or Nighty yet but this might change as more and more are coming in, crew probably count 40 to 50 pirates. Nighty was sitting in silent as the cover from alkow hide him as he look over Succuby and nods, silently moving his head.

I listen to what they say and decide to hide myself behind the throne with a quick and silent movement. I am very flexible after all since I am a hand-to-hand combat fighter and trained in multiple fighting styles. I dont know what Nighty plans but maybe its a good idea to hide and wait for the captain and everone else to arrive so noone from outside will be warned and can escape.

Nighty nods and wait as he look lightly over before observe the scene and what will happen right now, waiting.

Soon captian come inside, he look really like giant compare to his crewmates, around 2.5m in height and look like muscle mountain. He walk pass the several crew members and sit down on the chest before stroke his long, red beard, speaking loudly like bear "Well, I got news my ungreaftul crew. We have another bountie hunters on our head"

"Another one? Guild or independet?" The rat guy ask as he rub his dagger behind the belt

"Guild one. Probably another runts that think it will be easy"

I look at the captain and all his muscles. Typical, the strongest guy is obviously the captain, heh. But that rule applies to my world too. Though a suprise, seems like the captain and the crew was hunted before aswell and always made it.

[Nighty]

"So what we do captain?" Ask another man that look like bosun, slim one but with right muscle build, having half of face burn down as his one eye was cover with patch. He look over others before at the leader of this crew

"We do what we always do... We now wait. No matter what, they will fail, like usual" Captain answer calm and relax before take deep breath, grabbing the jug with alcohole probably in it..

I pause and think to myself what to do in this situation. I surely feel comfindent about it but I want to do it clever and clean for once at least. But I really dont know what to do. Man, why am I just so dumb and bad at strategy, heh. Maybe one of my succubus abilites can help here? Hmm.

Nighty sit there and listen when nods to Brunhilde.... Well they don't know they are inside so it could be good element of surprise if they play it right. But first need to plan it as he look once more.

Right nor pirates prepare for anyone that come to catch them, moving chest with loot deeper in the place as one of them pull out the lever and suddently the corridor we enter change into death trap, spikes, saw and any other lovely trap you can think off. We are cut off and need to deal with them first to leave

I look at the corridor we went through, I assume using these funny traps is how they try to defend themselves. I dont know if we can do a great suprise attack. After all the pirates already know we are coming. I look at Nighty if he has an idea. I think about turning myself into a little child and act lost and curious but I dont know if that works. Maybe they just kill intrudors even if they are children. Or I could release my succubus aura and get naked but influencing 40 or 50 men is not ideal. If only one guy doesnt get effected it wont work too. How about turning into a pirate myself? I could clone myself into someone here. But whom? And what will we do from then on? How difficult, heh.

Nighty just sit in silent and wait, spinning coin he pick up from the cavern between fingers, not really seem to be bother. Well in the end they are lock down with them not around as he look over Brunhilde and smile, winking. Not sure if he have plan really but he seem calm, watching the talk and work down there.

I crawl on the ground closer to Nighty but slow so I dont make noise. "So, what now?" I whipser. "Do we wait or go in?"

"Hmmm for now, want see how they react and do" He answer softly and nods when look at her with gently grin. He was no rushing, slow and patient hunt seem fun right now.

Pirates start moving boxes with loot deeper in the cave, pass some rocks that are on the north side... Maybe there is passage there for the treasure room? Others prepare the hall for intruders, setting some boxes and wooden wall as the barricade when few load the pistols and blunders. Captian stand up and walk around to check the place before slowly heading into the direction of another cave hole that lead to the throne.

I nod, good thing I didnt decide on my own and tried something myself. But no wonder they survived until now, they are well prepared and they are of high number. Still not a good idea to provoce the kingdom all the time and dont switch their hideout every now and then.

He nods softly and wait as he hear the steps coming, lightly moving over on his knees as he wait. Soon captain breath can be hear from distance as he walk up the stairs. Nighty stand in silent and wait for the right moment, putting his gloves on.

I notice someone aproaching our position and look at Nighty. He seems to prepare for battle so I prepare myself mentally for that. If we can silence him fast enough maybe the other pirates wont notice a thing. That would be neat. If we fail there will be chaos most likely. Not ideal but chaos is fun aswell. I grins. Lets see how things turn out.

Nighty wait for few more seconds before captain feet show up and he just jam his hand down in the chest of the guy, rather nasty and sadly loud sound of ripping flesh, cracking ribs could be hear as he grab his heart and throw it across the balcony down into the pirates. Well the big guy just blink surprised and make two more steps before fall with thund on the floor.... So much from being silent

I look at the scene and then laugh. "Damn, what did you do? I wonder if someone heard that." I say and get back up on my feet from beeing crouched on the ground before. But now that we isolated at least one person how about I use my 'magic trick'? My body shape and color changes as I shapeshift into the now dead captain. The shifting was very fast, after all its the signature ability of a succubus. And I even let the right clothes appear on my body. I now look exactly like the captain. That brings the question up, if I can alter my clothes by magic why did we bother fixing our clothes before? Or why did we bother buying clothes if I can just shapeshift my clothes into whatever I desire? Hehe, women... Someone understand their logic. I giggle and look at whats going to happen. Even my voice sounds like that of the captain. But to be fair I only shapeshifted into the captain for fun, I have no plan or a clue what to from that point on. Just improvising.
